Privacy

What we collect. Your name, email, ZIP code, the photos and files you upload, your design, and your conversation with the design assistant. Builders and cabinet shops also share company and project details.

Why. Only to prepare your design, bid or quote and to follow up with you about this project. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who handles it. AVWoodworks LLC. To run this tool we use service providers: our website host and file storage (Cloudflare), email delivery (Resend), and Anthropic, whose AI powers the design assistant and reads uploaded photos and plans to help with your design.

Photos. Uploaded photos and files are stored at private, hard-to-guess web addresses so the assistant and Austin can view them. Please don't upload photos showing people or personal documents.

How long. We keep your project as long as needed to complete your work and our business records. Ask us any time to delete it.

Contact. AVWoodworks LLC, 117 Cindy Ln, Birmingham, AL 35214.
